• In charge of completely rebuilding our home-built Management Information System with Laravel and Vue.js, including its own REST API, to make it more performant, customizable, user friendly and to help place it on the market for other publishers. Complete database restructuring (MySQL) and implementation of processes to migrate data from our former system. 
Product data management, Elasticsearch, Digital Assets management (Cloud computing integration with Digital Ocean), Royalties & copyright management, multiple integrations with other platforms (Magento, Microsoft NAV, digital music platforms…);

• Build the new eCommerce Website of the company, Magento based, to help substantially reduce our internal processes by allowing direct communication with our intranet;

• Build custom API and integration scripts to create automatic data exchanges and generate a constant data flow in order to facilitate the work of everyone in the company who manages our products: sale, marketing and production teams;

• Work on our home-built intranet (Wordpress based) to create new functionalities and update the existing ones in order to simplify the day-to-day work of all our coworkers;

• Communicate with each team to meet their goals and expectations to optimize our customers journey, to have a fully responsive website and to create a better user experience;

• Integrate digital products and Newzik with our website to offer a new experience to our customers. In addition of buying print products they can now buy PDFs or get their files instantly on Newzik and forScore apps;
